The founder of Consult-Com Techno, Louis Houbart, has a professional experience of over 25 years in this specific field and has always been driven by its passion of sharing his knowledge. One must go back to his first amateur radio class, when he was 14, to find out when he started taking interest in wireless telecommunications He now holds a full permit whose indicator is VE2 GMH.
Since 1988, Louis has elaborated some twenty different training courses and dispensed over 7 500 hours of training. More than 2 000 people from different categories of job in different types of enterprises did benefit from his training on cellular as well as two-way radio.
